Wellness Coaching

Therapists of New York provides wellness coaching, facilitated by Dr. Andrea DePetris.

What is wellness coaching exactly?
Wellness coaching is a personalized partnership that allows clients to identify and implement the food and lifestyle choices that are going to best support their unique needs and goals. Through a thorough assessment and honest conversations, clients will have a space that enables them to achieve a fuller experience of their health. In her role as a coach, Dr. DePetris will support clients by creating a tailored program and offering accountability and support throughout their wellness journey.

How can wellness coaching support you?
Wellness coaching is a standalone service. It can also be a helpful, adjunctive service to clients in need of coping skills to manage any of the following: gut health concerns, chronic health conditions, poor sleep, fatigue, stress, and a difficult relationship with food. Sessions are collaborative and goal oriented. Dr. DePetris would be glad to partner with you and your therapist, as well as other health practitioners supporting you, in accordance with their health care plan.

Minimum of 6 sessions required; clients may choose to continue the coaching relationship if that would best support their needs.
