Perhaps you are grappling with the effects of growing up in an environment where you felt unheard and invisible. Or you are experiencing communication issues that leave you and your spouse frustrated. Or sibling rivalry and competition are creating rifts in your family. Whether working with you individually or within a family system, my goal is to help you discover the essence of the issues impacting your psychological wellbeing today. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, grief, cultural displacement, and dislocation from family, with a specialty in couples and family work.

My therapeutic style is warm, active, and collaborative. Together we will generate strategies that target your most pressing concerns while also drawing on the strengths and resources you already have, so that you can lead a life in which you feel more vital and fulfilled.

As an immigrant and a bilingual Hebrew/English therapist, I have experience working with Hebrew-speaking clients, and have a special interest in working with first-generation Americans, and individuals affected by cultural loss, mourning, and intergenerational conflicts.
