Tess enables Therapists of New York to run efficiently and effectively by overseeing the practice’s HR, operations, and administrative needs, as well as managing our social media, event planning, and one-off projects—all while fostering the kind and inclusive culture that TNY is known for. She is also a Reiki Master who supports our therapists with Reiki sessions and works with clients of her own in her free time.
