Self-discovery is a lifelong, fluid process that can feel both challenging and empowering. Many people seek out therapy when they feel stuck, held back by old narratives and unhelpful patterns that no longer serve them. I view therapy as an opportunity to embrace change and see oneself more fully. When we deepen our awareness, we can strengthen our sense of agency and move toward a more meaningful life.

With each client, I strive to build a collaborative and trusting bond, allowing us to explore present concerns with compassion and curiosity. Distressing periods in life often carry the potential for growth, and together we can identify ways to pivot, heal, and regain steadiness. I aim to cultivate resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility as you move toward the life you want to lead.

In individual therapy, I work from a psychodynamic perspective while incorporating experiential, somatic, and solution-focused approaches. This allows us to address current challenges while also exploring the deeper influences that shape your emotions and behavior.

In couples therapy, I draw from Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help partners understand the dynamics that leave them feeling unheard or disconnected. By helping couples lean into their vulnerability and empathy, we can work toward strengthening communication, trust, and intimacy.

My integrative approach emphasizes each individual’s needs with culturally-attuned care. Together, we make space for the early experiences, attachments, traumas, and multigenerational influences that have shaped how each person moves through the world today. This blend of practical tools and in-depth exploration allows our work to remain responsive and effective.
