Separation & Divorce Support Group
We are currently enrolling participants for a Separation & Divorce Support Group beginning in late September.
This in-person support group is for individuals who are navigating the emotional, relational, and logistical complexities of separation and divorce. Whether you are contemplating a separation, actively going through the divorce process, or adjusting to life after divorce, this group offers a structured space to process your experience amongst peers with the guidance of a licensed clinical psychologist.
Participants may be living with a spouse, separated, or legally divorced, with or without children. The group provides an opportunity to explore the grief, loss, anger, uncertainty, and identity shifts that often arise during this major life transition.
The group is led by Dr. Annie Egleson, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist with specialized training in supporting individuals through separation and divorce. Dr. Egleson has conducted research on the potential for growth and positive change that can emerge from the divorce process, and brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to helping people navigate this life transition.
