Therapy works best when it’s both a sanctuary and a mirror: a place to feel deeply seen, and also gently challenged. People come to therapy for many reasons: unresolved pain from the past, disconnection from loved ones, or anxiety about what lies ahead. Whatever brings you in, my goal is to meet you with warmth, presence, and clarity.

My style is collaborative, straightforward, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy should make space for honesty, nuance, and even humor. I draw from relational psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring our work to fit your needs—whether that means unpacking longstanding patterns, building practical coping tools, or offering steady support during difficult moments.

I work with both individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, big and small. Many of the couples I see come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns. They know they want things to feel different but aren’t sure where to begin. In our work together, I help you understand the deeper dynamics driving conflict and support you in communicating with more openness and vulnerability. Over time, many couples find new ways to reconnect and rebuild trust—even in the midst of hard conversations.

I am especially passionate about supporting clients through life’s transitions, whether that means reimagining a relationship or career, navigating parenthood, or adjusting to unexpected changes like illness or infertility. In therapy, we will explore your current challenges through the lens of your history and your hopes, working together to create more room for meaning, choice, and connection.
