I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who approaches psychotherapy as collaborative work in which I engage actively with you to promote self-understanding and provide challenges toward growth in the context of a supportive therapy relationship. Our work together will be to bring into greater awareness thoughts, feelings, wishes, and beliefs that impact your relationships and ways of navigating your world. I will join you with nonjudgemental curiosity to understand your experiences to offer therapeutic interventions specific to you.
Throughout my years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals from a wide diversity of race, ethnicity, immigration history, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socioeconomic status. In my therapy work, I appreciate the intersections of identities and the complexities of sociocultural issues that impact the client’s sense of self and well-being.
