Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just stuck, uncertain how to access the life we want to live, unsure how to feel better. I help clients examine their patterns, better understand their unique life situations, and forge a path toward real change. Through compassionate curiosity, I invite my clients to deepen self-awareness and hear themselves in a new way.

As your therapist, I bring a thoughtful presence, a sense of humor, and an honest style of communication. Together, we will form goals for your personal growth, face difficult truths, and tap into your innate resilience.

My work is psychodynamically informed and integrative, often pulling from the mindfulness tradition as well as using CBT and DBT skills and strategies. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples to help navigate major life transitions, cope with relationship strain, or tackle feelings of panic and emptiness. I also provide short-term premarital counseling for couples looking to strengthen and improve their connection. I have expertise in working with LGBTQ+ clients and welcome all people into my practice.

I earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The City University of New York- The Graduate Center and a Masters in Human Development from Tufts University.  I have held positions at Beth Israel, The Psychological Center, The Addiction Institute, and The Graduate Center Counseling Center.
