Therapy should be a space where complexity is honored, vulnerability is met with care, and where you can be messy, evolving, and real.
Our work together will help you explore the parts of yourself that need understanding and curiosity. We’ll examine your patterns, make sense of your unique life situation and work to help you hear yourself in a new way. As your therapist, I bring a thoughtful presence, a sense of humor, and an honest style of communication.
My work is psychodynamically informed, meaning I tune into the enduring patterns that shape your relationships, life choices, and internal experience. I support adolescents, adults, and couples through life transitions, relationship challenges, and feelings of emptiness. I specialize in couples therapy, ranging from short-term premarital work to long-term re-connection building. I welcome the full range of identity and experience, including variations in gender, sexuality, race, culture, class, religion, and personal history. My approach is grounded in respect, openness, and a belief in the importance of honoring each person’s complexity.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as Director of Clinical Operations at Therapists of New York. In this role, I support the day-to-day functioning and professional development of our team. I work closely with both clinicians and leadership to foster an engaged, collaborative environment and lead initiatives that expand access to high-quality therapy in NYC for people across all backgrounds.
