As a therapist, I strive to empower my clients and deepen their understanding of themselves, their emotions, their relationships, and past experiences. Wherever you are in your life or therapeutic journey, I will support you and walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps towards growth and healing.

I believe that the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, collaborative relationship. I work to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and authentic space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and enact change. I will check in with you regularly to see how our work is landing, which helps ensure our collaboration stays attuned and aligned with your needs.

My primary orientation is psychodynamic and relational, but I also draw from my extensive experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  When helpful, I incorporate mindfulness practices and coping strategies to support emotion regulation and build resilience. In my work with couples, I focus on fostering emotional attunement, enhancing communication, and disrupting unhelpful relational patterns. I adapt my approach to each person, based on specific individual needs and goals for therapy.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I welcome clients from all racial and cultural backgrounds as well as individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.
