There are so many ways that human beings can suffer– feeling disconnected from loved ones, anxious about the future, or burdened by the weight of the past. Together, we can make sense of your present difficulties in the context of both your past and your hopes for the future.

I believe in the power of relationships in and outside the therapy room to boost resilience and to resource us all through the rollercoaster of life. I work to create a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, responsive and hopeful. As we build trust and safety in our relationship, I prioritize delivering a range of treatments backed by science to help you meet your goals. My hope is that you feel both held and confident in our capacity to make change together.

In individual therapy, I use approaches designed to help you build awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for building a life aligned with what matters most to you. I am nationally certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), two gold-standard treatments for trauma, and I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that supports the processing of difficult experiences and helps clients feel more grounded and emotionally regulated.

In couples therapy, I draw on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help you and your partner understand how you get caught in painful cycles of disconnection and to build new patterns of communication, closeness, and trust. The goal is to strengthen your bond and create a more secure foundation for your relationship.

Across all treatments, I bring warmth, empathy, cultural attunement, and an affirming stance. While pain is inevitable, my hope is that therapy helps you feel understood in it, supported through it, and increasingly able to reconnect to yourself and others.
