Meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood. Through deep listening and careful attunement, I create a therapeutic space grounded in trust and openness, where genuine growth can take place. I balance patience and curiosity with honesty and direct feedback, helping you feel both supported and constructively challenged.
Together, we’ll take a holistic view—exploring how your experiences, relationships, and environment shape your current challenges and sense of self. My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic perspectives, integrating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to address acute symptoms and support ongoing growth. In our work, I also draw on somatic and mind-body approaches that deepen awareness of how emotional experiences live in the body. By tuning into the nervous system and cultivating a sense of embodied safety, we create space for healing and integration.
I offer individual therapy for adults across the lifespan navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions (e.g., aging, illness, relationship, or career changes). I also work with couples, with a focus on intercultural dynamics, infidelity, and intimacy, as well as those seeking premarital counseling or exploring new levels of commitment. As a bilingual and multicultural therapist, I provide psychotherapy in Mandarin Chinese as well.
